The Calm Heart Bundle includes our Dream and Focus Aromatherapy Sprays. Dream has gentle notes of lavender, chamomile and vetiver for the bedtime routine. Focus has a fresh blend including lemon myrtle, lemongrass and peppermint for homework, reading and play.

Two room mists, one for each end of the day.
Dream Aromatherapy Spray blends lavender, Roman chamomile and vetiver with witch hazel, aloe and jojoba. Spray 2 to 3 spritzes around the bedroom before bed or naptime.
Focus Aromatherapy Spray blends lemon myrtle, lemongrass, peppermint and eucalyptus. Spray 4 to 5 spritzes into the room, nozzle angled toward the ceiling, before homework, reading or play.
Over time, each scent becomes a familiar cue: one for settling into the task in front of them, and one for winding down.
