Love these. My son goes for them every day for play time. His favourite pose is the Bridge. Super cute illustrations and the quality is exceptional.

Our kids got these for Christmas a couple of years ago & I’ve been buying them as gifts ever since. They are such a beautiful tool for the kids (& adults!) to wind down, stretch & relax. The cards & box are so sturdy that they genuinely hold up in the care of toddlers. These are our go to gift!!

These cards offer illustrations on one side and instructions on the other. The cards are very well-made. The pictures are beautiful and the descriptions are clear and child friendly. These yoga poses do not seem to be religiously-based but rather introduce mindfulness, stretching, and relaxation regardless of personal belief system. These are great! I would say they are ideal for ages 3-12. If the child cannot read yet, a grown up can read the instructions on the card aloud.

My nephews love these. The three y/o moreso than the five y/o. ‘Can I do the cards’ and he closes his little eyes like he’s in another place. Great way to introduce yoga meditation and mindfulness into a toddlers habits
