Each one weighs 1.5 kg, has dried French lavender tucked inside, and can be gently warmed in the microwave or cooled in the fridge or freezer by an adult, following the instructions on the label. They are made for children aged 3 and up.

Weighted Buddies are suitable for children aged 3 and up. They are not suitable for children under 3.
Weighted Buddies are spot clean only. Use a damp cloth for small marks and do not machine wash. For extra comfort you can gently warm one in the microwave (500 to 750 W for a maximum of 60 seconds, or 800 to 1000 W for a maximum of 30 seconds) or cool it in the fridge or freezer.
