Products purchased from Mindful and Co Kids will be transported by a courier company chosen by Mindful and Co Kids. Please do note that delivery addresses cannot be altered once an Order has been processed. An order has been processed once payment has been made.
While we will make every reasonable effort through our packaging and our liaisons with our delivery services to ensure that your parcel is safe for transportation and arrives to you safely, you acknowledge that ownership of the parcels turned over to the courier company engaged by us transfers to the buyer. We will not be responsible for any loss, or damage to packages and will not be responsible for any errors in the supply of incorrect shipping information, or delivery errors through the courier company engaged.
If the product that you have ordered from Mindful and Co Kids is in stock at the time your order is accepted, this will be processed before 11am each day. Alternatively, we will also offer Express Delivery through Australia Post this will be calculated at the checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with a tracking number from the chosen Courier. Should you have any questions related to your delivery, please contact the courier company with your tracking number.
The estimated delivery time-frame will range between 3-7 business days. Please note however, this is an indication only. At certain times of the year, it can go beyond this, therefore we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for delivery. To ensure the safe delivery of your product(s), we recommend that someone is available to receive your order.
Mindful & Co Kids cannot be held accountable for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address entered at purchase. If your package is returned to sender, please contact us and we’ll be happy to issue a store credit for the value paid, minus any shipping fees.
Our warehouse is located in Queensland, AU.
We work with Australian Post and Aramex for our AU orders and FedEx and Australia Post for international orders.
If you are ordering outside of the AU please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Mindful & Co Kids cannot be held responsible for any charges.
