After experiencing postnatal depression, Jacqueline began looking more deeply at mindfulness and emotional wellbeing for herself and her daughter.
What stayed with her was that mindfulness does not always have to look like sitting still or taking deep breaths. Sometimes it can simply be a child becoming completely absorbed in something they are building, solving or discovering.
