I’m yet to only experience the Yoga flash cards & the mindfulness from A-Z.
For a mother who was required to do a mindfulness course I couldn’t be happier to be implementing this to her at such a young age. Amazing quality, amazing price, amazing packing and most of all actually teaching your child to feel amazing about themselves how to be mindful. I really couldn’t recommend this place more!
