After experiencing postnatal depression, Jacqueline began looking more deeply at mindfulness and emotional wellbeing for herself and her daughter.

What stayed with her was how powerful simple practices can be. A little movement. A slower breath. A few quiet minutes to reconnect with your body.

“Mindfulness does not have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with simply giving children a way to move, breathe and come back to themselves.”

That idea became part of the thinking behind our Kids Yoga Mats. Jacqueline wanted to create a simple, inviting space that children could make their own, somewhere to stretch, move, breathe and explore at their own pace.
