A yoga mat made just for little yogis. Our kids yoga mats are sized for children, with a soft microfibre suede top that feels gentle under hands, knees and feet, and a non-slip base that helps them feel steady as they hold a pose.

PVC free, phthalate free, hypoallergenic and odour free, each mat is light enough for children to carry themselves and comes with a free detachable strap for classes, the park or sleepovers. Machine washable.

From one parent to another

After experiencing postnatal depression, Jacqueline began looking more deeply at mindfulness and emotional wellbeing for herself and her daughter.

What stayed with her was how powerful simple practices can be. A little movement. A slower breath. A few quiet minutes to reconnect with your body.

“Mindfulness does not have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with simply giving children a way to move, breathe and come back to themselves.”

That idea became part of the thinking behind our Kids Yoga Mats. Jacqueline wanted to create a simple, inviting space that children could make their own, somewhere to stretch, move, breathe and explore at their own pace.
